Our team will request a clear picture of the received item for return assessment. Lost parcels shipped back will not be eligible for store credit, return, or exchange. If you need to ship anything back to us, ensure it has a tracking number.<\/p><h4>In-Store Purchases<\/h4><p>If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.<\/p><p>If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for assistance.
