General Return Policy
Please be informed that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed under the following circumstances:
- Change of mind
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes
- Sets containing earrings
- FINAL SALE items (Products priced at 40% discount and above)
- Chain breakage, damaged, and tarnished products. Refer here for jewel care.
- Personalization
- Apparel
All items purchased are not refundable.
Wrong or Defective Items
In the event that you receive the wrong or defective item, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note on Earrings: Due to the nature of the metal used for our earring posts, slight bending may occur during transit. Gently push the post back into its original spot to realign the earring post.
Online Order Returns
If you’ve made an online purchase and need to return an item, follow these steps:

Step 2: Include a clear explanation of the situation. Our team will request a clear picture of the received item for return assessment. Unclear images will not be accepted.
Refund Information: This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items (if applicable).
Lost Packages
Mansfx cannot be responsible for any lost packages that were not shipped by us. Lost parcels shipped back will not be eligible for store credit, return, or exchange. If you need to ship anything back to us, ensure it has a tracking number.
In-Store Purchases
If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of receipt.
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel for assistance. Review our return/exchange policy before contacting our team.
Note: Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled, and in their original condition with original packaging. Products damaged through improper handling are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products subject to evaluation will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions. A restocking fee per unit and shipping costs apply.
